How to use essential oils:
Put 4-6 drops of essential oil into a teaspoon of oil. Add to the bath once the water has finished running
Mix a maximum of 5 drops of the essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or vegetable oil. Rub into arms, neck and temples.

Benefits of essential oils:
Good for people who can’t switch off and that have lots of mental chatter. It is a sedative and is good for grief and insomnia. Helpful for digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), indigestion and colic. Also has pain relieving properties and can be helpful for headaches and aching muscles. Soothing, fortifying and warming.
Good for a wide range of issues. It can be used neat. Often used for insomnia and is also helpful for depression, panic, shock, hysteria and fear. It can help with digestive issues such as abdominal cramps, IBS, nausea, and colic. It is also good for headaches and migraines, skin complaints such as eczema and high blood pressure.
Anti-depressant and good for digestion grapefruit is refreshing, rejuvenating and uplifting. It is good for flatulence, IBS, poor appetite and sluggish digestion. It is good for people reacting to stress.
Stimulating, invigorating and vibrant rosemary is good for poor concentration or memory, mental fatigue and depression. Do not use during the evening or if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy.
Used in religious rites all over the world, Frankincense is considered to be spiritually uplifting and expansive. It is good for the respiratory system and helpful for conditions such as asthma and panic attacks. I like to use it during meditation. It is also excellent for rejuvenating the skin, muscular aches and pains, and anxiety.
